We can arrange for your entire project to be financed up to 100% of the cost of your project with small affordable monthly payments through 3rd party lenders. You can finance all of part of your project, however you wish to arrange the convenience of fulfilling your dreams, allow us to assist!!!

Payments would start to commence 30-45 days after your project is completed!

Warranties are specific to the product by the manufacturer(s), not by Urban Professional Services, LLC.

Estimates:

At Urban Professional Services, we feel that your time is very valuable as is ours, so keeping your scheduled appointment is very important to us.
All appointments are confirmed one hour prior to the scheduled arrival time. If your appointment can not be confirmed, it will be rescheduled. Please be assured that we will contact you to reschedule.
It is required that all owners of the home and/or decision makers be present. We do not offer any estimates over the phone. This is to ensure that we provide you with the best & most accurate estimate possible.
We offer free in-home verbal estimates. If a written estimate is requested, there is a $1000 nonrefundable fee for said estimate per item/project. If more than one project is included on a written estimate, estimate cost of $1000 is subject to price increase. If you contract with us to do your work, within one (1) year from the date of the written estimate, the cost of the estimate fee will be deducted off the contract amount.
